Privacy notice

What we collect when you order

Your name, phone number, city and delivery address. We use them only to confirm, deliver and support your order.

When you confirm an order you agree that we contact you on WhatsApp at the number you gave, to confirm the order and arrange delivery. Reply “stop” at any time and we'll call instead.

Loyalty card

With your order we create a digital loyalty card for Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, through our provider OpenPass, using your name and phone number. Delivered orders earn points on it. You can remove the card from your wallet and ask us to delete it at any time.

Who sees it

Our team, the courier who delivers your order, and the services that run this shop for us (database hosting, our loyalty card provider). We never sell your data.

Analytics

We measure visits with our own privacy-friendly analytics: no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no persistent identifier stored in your browser. Visitor counts use an anonymous daily hash that cannot be traced back to you. Your browser's “Do Not Track” setting is respected.

Bot protection

Checkout is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical data about your browser to tell people and bots apart.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to contact@akalo.store.
